The Rally Factory Rock Hounds are happy to announce the hiring of Andrew Ayers as their everyday field manager. As a junior hit .336 with 36 runs, three home runs and 31 RBIs overall while hitting .427 in WAC play and leading the league with 32 hits, 18 RBIs, and a .627 slugging percentage in conference games.
He also earned all-WAC second team honors and was an all-WAC Tournament selection as a senior in 2013, as he led the team with 47 RBIs and 41 runs and tied for the team lead with 10 home runs. He played primarily at second base but also saw time at third base and in the outfield while playing in 214 career games with 205 career starts.
